Explanation of output
The comprehensive map contains all of the markers in the query that
were found on the Marshfield comprehensive maps, in their order on the Marshfield maps,
with sex-averaged, female and male genetic distances.
The numbers along the diagonal are the number of informative meioses
for each marker. The numbers in the upper-right triangle of the table are the number of
meioses in which the corresponding pair of markers were both informative. The numbers in
the lower-left triangle of the table are the number of observed recombination events for
the corresponding pair of markers.
The framework map contains a subset of the queried markers for
which adjacent markers are separated by at least one (or two) recombination events
(according to your choice). If the markers were chosen to be weighted equally, the given
framework map is the longest possible. If the markers were chosen to be weighted according
to their heterozygosity, the sum of the weights for the markers on the given framework map
is maximum possible.
